Fully equipped kitchen, fridge, stove, microwave, dishes, cutlery, pots & pans, coffeepot, an electric kettle, toaster, dish soap, dishwasher soap, dish cloths, tea towels and TV complete with VCR and DVD.Communal items: washer and dryer, vacuum, broom and mop, BBQ with propane and telephone.
Basic Needs To Bring:
Emergency kit, bedding (pillows, sheets, blankets), toiletries (soaps, towels), paper towels, coffee filters (cone shape), laundry soap, softener, food and cleaning supplies.
Availabilities:
Roll in shower chair and manual Hoyer lift upon request.
Communal items: washer and dryer, vacuum, broom and map, BBQ with propane and telephone.

Please use (905) 655-1044 for all emergency calls, as well as for your staff and family to reach you.Long distances calls will be billed to you along with service charges. Bringing a calling card is suggested as most cell phones do not work on the farm.
In order to keep you and our animals safe please take note of the following:
Absolutely no family pets, bikes or roller blades / skates allowed See that your deposit and completed reservation form is received well in advance in order to reserve your booking dates.
WindReach Farm gate at the entrance is closed at night for security and opened in the morning.
An adult must always accompany anyone under the age of 16.
When entering any other building on the farm you must be accompanied by a WindReach Farm staff member. The buildings are locked after hours and on weekends unless there is a tour booked.
Please respect the farm as you do your own home. Leaving the apartments in the same condition that you found them would be greatly appreciated. Should there be damage to the apartments, you will be billed for the damage and cleaning costs.
Please note that we do have electrical fences in some areas
For fire and safety regulations the maximum capacity must be kept at all times:
Capacity for the large apartment is 6 people (including staff)
Capacity for the small apartment is 3 people (including staff)
