COVID-19 Update

WindReach Farm has made the decision to delay the return of onsite programming until at least Monday, January 31, 2022. This decision will be re-assessed as the end of the month approaches.

 

WindReach Farm policy requires all eligible employees, staff, contractors, volunteers, and students, program participants, visitors, support workers, and other groups as identified by the Executive Director and/or the Board of Directors to provide evidence of one of the following before entering the WindReach Farm property and/or participating as a representative of WindReach Farm in any of its activities, events, operations and programs:

  • Proof of having received both the first and second doses of a two-dose COVID-19 vaccination series approved by Health Canada, a minimum of 14 days prior;

  • Proof of having received both the first and second doses of a two-dose COVID-19 vaccination series approved by Health Canada, less than 14 days prior, and proof of an approved negative rapid antigen or PCR test taken not more than 72 hours prior;

  • Proof of having received the first dose of a two-dose COVID-19 vaccination series approved by Health Canada, and proof of an approved negative rapid antigen or PCR test taken not more than 72 hours prior; or

  • Written proof of a medical reason provided by either a physician or nurse practitioner that sets out that the person cannot be vaccinated against COVID-19 and the effective time period for the medical reason (permanent or time-limited), and proof of an approved negative rapid antigen or PCR COVID-19 test taken not more than 72 hours prior.
