Landscaper

Tasks and responsibilities

• Helping with routine maintenance and repairs on equipment and projects around the property.

• Keeping accurate and detailed documentation on ongoing maintenance and systems.

• Working collaboratively with other staff.

• Use strong written and oral skills on a daily basis with full-time Property Manager.

• Assisting with supervision and providing leadership to nature trails and groundskeeper position.

• Ensuring that the grounds, facilities and equipment are consistently safe, clean and meet the needs of the various program staff, participants and visitors.

• Perform property maintenance, operating equipment and tools safely and responsibly.

• Ensuring supplies are organized, secured and sufficient.

• Actively observing overall property, protecting the natural environment and supporting active horticulture.

• Multitasking in a fast paced environment.

• Strong problem solving skills.

• Time management skills.
