Acres of Fun Summer Camp.

WindReach Farm is thrilled to offer an inclusive summer day camp for children ages 6 to 13.

 

All children are welcome.  We have a low staff to children ratio; yet, sometimes, depending on needs, we will ask that some children be accompanied by a support person or caregiver provided and paid for by the family or outside organization.

To help us better understand your camper’s particular needs, we ask that you complete the Acres of Fun form which you will find if you click here. If you have difficulty downloading this form, please email acresoffun@windreachfarm.org if you need assistance. Please complete a separate form for each child you are registering.  We may follow-up with a phone call or in-person interview to ensure we understand each child’s circumstances.

FEES

Full week (5 days) Early bird $300 per week until January 31st, then $350 per week from February 1st. Shortened week (4 days) early bird rate of $240 until January 31st, then $280 from February 1st. 

• Payment is due with registration. 

• Please e-transfer funds to accounting@windreachfarm.org once you have received registration confirmation by email.

• If registering more than one child, you may combine the payment or send separate, just let us know in the message section.

HOURS

WindReach Farm’s Acres of Fun Summer Day Camp runs from 9 am to 4 pm Monday through Friday.

At an additional cost, AM care is available from 8-9 am and PM care from 4-5 pm, or both.  

 

CANCELLATIONS:

In the case of cancellation, a $50 administrative fee is non-refundable.  Campers may withdraw from camp with at least two weeks advance notification prior to the start date of the week that they have been registered for. Otherwise, any cancellations will be charged the full weekly fee.
