Acres of Fun Summer Camp.

WindReach Farm is thrilled to offer an inclusive summer day camp for children ages 6 to 13.

 

All children are welcome, and depending on needs, we will ask that some children be accompanied by a support person or caregiver provided and paid for by the family or outside organization.

To help us better understand your camper’s particular needs, we ask that you complete the Acres of Fun form which you will find if you click here. If you have difficulty downloading this form, please email acresoffun@windreachfarm.org if you need assistance. Please complete a separate form for each child you are registering.  We may follow-up with a phone call or in-person interview to ensure we understand each child’s circumstances.

 

Please submit your completed registration form to acresoffun@windreachfarm.org. Once your registration has been
confirmed, you will be given payment options such as e-transfer or cheque to our accounting department.

 

FEES
Early bird rate ends February 28, 2025

• Early bird rate is $325 per week for 5 day weeks

• Early bird rate is $260 per week for 4 day weeks

Regular rate starts March 1, 2025

• Regular rate is $375 per week for 5 day weeks

• Regular rate is $300 per week for 4 day weeks

 

​HOURS
WindReach Farm’s Acres of Fun Summer Day Camp runs from 9 am to 4 pm Monday through Friday.
At an additional cost, before care is available from 8-9 am and after care from 4-5 pm, or both.  
 
CANCELLATIONS
In the case of cancellation, a $50 administrative fee is non-refundable. 
Campers may withdraw from camp with at least two weeks advance notification prior to the start date of the week that they have been registered for. Otherwise, any cancellations will be charged the full weekly fee.

☐ Week 1: Monday June 30 – Friday July 4 (except Tuesday July 1)
Please note this is a shortened week with lower registration fees due to Canada Day.
Camp will not be operational Tuesday July 1, due to the holiday.
☐ Week 2: Monday July 7 – Friday July 11
☐ Week 3: Monday July 14 – Friday July 18
☐ Week 4: Monday July 21 – Friday July 25
☐ Week 5: Monday July 28 – Friday August 1
☐ Week 6: Tuesday August 5 – Friday August 8
Please note this is a shortened week with lower registration fees due to the Civic Holiday.
Camp will not be operational Monday August 4, due to the holiday.
