Grounds Maintenance Assistant (Grounds Maintenance Labourer)

The Grounds Maintenance Labourer will assist the Property Manager in keeping the property safe and accessible for the programs we run on the Farm. Their duties will include grass cutting, clearing debris from pathways, hedge trimming, minor repairs and construction projects. They will learn how to operate basic Farm machinery and vehicles, as well as use tools needed for landscaping and repairs.
Accommodations Assistant (Accommodations Manager)
The Accommodations Manager will oversee the reservation and check-in/out processes for the Farm's overnight accommodations program. They will be responsible for ensuring that all reservations are booked into the calendar, that cleaning of the units is scheduled between reservations, and that all reservations are entered into the appropriate spreadsheet for invoicing. They will assist with checking in guests and ensuring that they have everything they need. They will also be responsible for completing inspections before and after reservations to ensure the suites are clean and accessible, as well as to inspect for any damages after guests check out. In addition, they will be responsible for communications with returning and prospective guests.
