In the Summer of 2025, we engaged in an organization-wide exercise to determine our priorities for the next five years. We consulted with staff, volunteers, the Board of Directors, our riding instructors, supporters of the Farm, caregivers and, most importantly, our participants to develop the plan below. We feel the plan aligns with Sandy's vision and sets the Farm on a path of sustainable growth for the next five years that will allow us to reach more people, build stronger partnerships, grow our brand recognition, invest in our property, and bolster our programs.
