WindReach Farm is thrilled to offer an inclusive summer day camp for children ages 6 to 13.

 

All children are welcome, and depending on needs, we will ask that some children be accompanied by a support person or caregiver provided and paid for by the family or outside organization.

If you have difficulty downloading this form, please email information@windreachfarm.org for assistance. Please complete a separate form for each child you are registering.  We may follow-up with a phone call or in-person interview to ensure we understand each child’s circumstances.

 

Please submit your completed registration form to information@windreachfarm.org. Once your registration has been
confirmed, you will be contacted by our Accounting department for payment.

 

Fees

​Before March 31, 2026

• $325 per week for 5 day weeks

• $260 per week for 4 day weeks

​

After March 31, 2026

• $375 per week for 5 day weeks 

• $300 per week for 4 day weeks

​

A 5% property maintenance fee will be added to all invoices.

​Hours
WindReach Farm’s Acres of Fun Summer Day Camp runs from 9 am to 4 pm Monday through Friday.
At an additional cost, before care is available from 8-9 am and after care from 4-5 pm, or both.  
 
Cancellations
In the case of cancellation, a $50 administrative fee is non-refundable. 
Campers may withdraw from camp with at least two weeks advance notice prior to the start date of the week that they have been registered for. Otherwise, any cancellations will be charged the full weekly fee.

☐ Week 2: Monday, July 13 – Friday, July 17
☐ Week 3: Monday, July 20 – Friday, July 24
☐ Week 4: Monday, July 27 – Friday, July 31
☐ Week 5: Tuesday, August 4 – Friday, August 7
Please note this is a shortened week with lower registration fees due to the Civic Holiday.
Camp will not be operational Monday August 3, due to the holiday.
